Youth Group RESPAWN

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

Solid Rock Church Youth Group is a place where students can have a positive experience applying biblical principles to their lives. We want our students to be authentic followers of Jesus through their own personal commitments to Him and their outward commitment to sharing His truth with others at their schools and throughout the community. We believe in doing this together through fellowship, being genuine and transparent with each other, and having fun playing games. Our Youth Group is designed so that students have lots of opportunities to bring their friends to Wednesday nights and special events. During group, we have dinner, games, worship, and relevant Bible discussions with the goal of helping students connect biblical principles to their everyday lives.
Every Wednesday evening, our church doors swing open at 6:30 PM, welcoming everyone into a warm and inviting atmosphere. Shortly after, at 7:05 PM, the fun kicks off with engaging group games that help break the ice and build connections. By 7:25 PM, we transition into a 40-minute period of Worship & Teaching, where we grow together in faith and community. As the evening comes to a close, around 8:15 PM we wrap up the formal activities, giving the youth time to hang out and enjoy each other’s company until 8:30 PM when the night officially ends.

Who is leading your Youth?

Howdy! My name is Jordan Bolt, I’m the Youth Pastor at Solid Rock Church. I’ve had a passion for Youth since my years in Youth Group. I’ve always called the church my second home – not everyone can say that! My desire is for your Youth to call Solid Rock Church their second home.

What is Respawn Youth Group?

Respawn Youth Group is designed to be a place for comfort, belonging, and realness – something Youth today never get to feel. We are real here in Respawn, we care, we want them to know they are not alone. God wants us to find a community to grow because we can’t walk through this broken world alone. We need Him and we need other brothers and sisters in Christ to go hand in hand into this fight.

Why are we called Respawn?

Galatians 2:20 says, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
We have been crucified in Christ when we believe that Jesus died and rose again. We respawn on this world with a newness that shines so bright for all to see. Have you died with Christ so that it’s not you who lives but Christ who lives in you?
