MATTHEW MLETZKO
Senior Pastor
When did you get to SRC? – I started coming to SRC in 2012
Why did you stay at SRC? – When I arrived at SRC, God made it very clear this was home for me. I was warmly greeted, and there was lots of opportunity for me to get involved, and be a part of the church family. This church most certainly acts like and treats everyone as family. I have been here ever since working in a variety of ways.
How do you serve at SRC? – I am the Senior Pastor, and I help guide the vision of the church, I preach and I teach here, and I help people refocus on God when needed, and I try to help those in my church to grow as son's and daughters of God. I started as the Youth Pastor here and God has developed me into this role here at SRC, and I blessed to partner with people in their journey with God.
If you got a day off what would you do with it? – I enjoy starting my day with a quiet time, then playing a sport like soccer or racquetball, enjoying some coffee in the afternoon, and having a great dinner like steak, fajitas, or hotwings with friends or family, and then enjoying a game with those people as well.
What 3 keywords describe you? – Spicy / Coach / Servant

Jordan Bolt
Youth Pastor & Tech Producer
When did you get to SRC? – I started helping with the youth group in 2020, and once the pandemic came, I helped heavily with the tech. I spent a couple of years helping the tech team build up, and then I spent a couple of years building up the worship team. Now I am the associate pastor, and I oversee youth still to this day. It’s been a wonderful five years!
Why did you stay at SRC? – God called me to this church in 2020, and He has not called me away. I have had the pleasure of growing into a family of believers that holds strong to biblical truth and consistently strives for discipleship. It is a blessing to be surrounded by a family that loves me and my family so dearly.
How do you serve at SRC? – I currently serve as the Associate and Youth Pastor at SRC. Being the Associate Pastor means that I oversee a lot of things and keep the wheels turning at SRC. I’ll oversee a few ministries to make sure that they’re continuing, and I luckily get to lead one myself! Youth Ministry has always been a passion of mine, and I’m grateful to be the Youth Pastor for SRC over the last five years. Students have come to know Jesus, they’ve learned to worship Him, and they’ve seen how to have fun in a way that edifies Jesus Christ.
If you got a day off what would you do with it? – Often my days off mean that I get to focus on the other smaller projects in my life outside of the church, but if I had a true day off, I would make my way to Fredericksburg, TX. Sydney (my wife) and I love to go over there and walk around the main street and enjoy all of the beautiful sites. We’ll try some spicy foods, have some delicious meals, and enjoy meeting the locals.
What 3 keywords describe you? – Efficient / Outspoken / Considerate

Janine Basinger
Church Secretary
When did you get to SRC? – My family started coming to Solid Rock in early 2015.
Why did you stay at SRC? – We stayed because this church made us feel like part of the family and met so many of our spiritual needs. SRC has continued to be there for us through many of life's ups and downs. :-)
How do you serve at SRC? – I'm currently serving as the Church Secretary. Additionally, my husband (Alan) and I lead a LifeGroup.
If you got a day off what would you do with it? – I love to spend my days off "puttering" around my house. I enjoy taking walks with my husband, taking care of my plants, watching the wildlife in our yard, cooking a meal at a leisurely pace, talking with my kids on the phone, and maybe watching a good movie in the evening with my hubby.
What 3 keywords describe you? – Compassionate / Loyal / Thankful

MORGAN COOK
Children's Minister & Lead Tech
When did you get to SRC? – 2022 (I think)
Why did you stay at SRC? – My husband and I came to SRC to fill in for the worship team when there was a gap. Everyone immediately treated us like family and started investing in us, so when the official SRC worship team was being put together, we decided to become members and stay! The way that I serve has changed since having a baby, but the church family has only become more helpful and supportive!
How do you serve at SRC? – I am the Children's Minister, as well as the Lead Technical Producer. As the Children's Minister, I help ensure that all of the children at SRC are well taken care of and are learning the word of God. I coordinate volunteers, provide the curriculum and supplies needed, manage the budget, and provide training opportunities. I also teach or work in the nursery as needed! As the Lead Tech Producer, I do behind the scenes work to meet the technical needs of the church, including Sunday Service slides and sound, live streaming, and social media. I also coordinate volunteers for services (and other church events) who help make everything happen!
If you got a day off what would you do with it? – My day off would start with breakfast on the back porch with my husband and daughter, then some baking or crafting. In the afternoon I would take a nap, go thrifting, and finish the night by making a nice dinner and listening to some live music (courtesy of my husband).
What 3 keywords describe you? – Dedicated / Creative / Caring
